Refund policy

For Return & exchange: 

  1. Please file return request on above link to return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Upon receiving the return request, we will organize the reverse pickup. If the item is not picked up within 2 days, please notify us immediately. The reverse parcel usually takes 3-7 days to reach us. Once we receive the return, we will conduct a quality check of the product.

  3. Once the product passes through the quality check, we will arrange discount voucher/Credit note by deducting 200 Rs as a maintenance fee (Fees includes return and forward courier charges +service fees).

  4. Discount voucher/Credit note will be arranged within 3-5 days once products gets delivered back to us.

  5. For exchange - you can return the old order and book new order by using voucher shared by us.

Eligible items for returns/exchange:

  1. It is mandatory to provide a video of the parcel opening in case of receiving damaged products. 

  2. Customized products, including those tailored to specific client requirements like plus size or pattern changes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  3. Orders paid in advance can be canceled within 2 days if they have not been dispatched yet. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

  4. Customized orders require full payment at the time of booking.

  5. ALL PRODUCTS LISTED IN THE SALE SECTION AND ACCESORRIES, ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
