We provide a hassle-free exchange/return policy. You can file your return request by login on website or message us on WhatsApp HERE (+916351774635)to file your return/exchange request. (We are NOT AVAILABLE on Email support for any kind of inquires)
1️⃣please note we do offer exchange only. To file exchange request pls login on Blushyfy.com from your mobile number within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2️⃣Upon receiving the exchange request, we will organize the reverse pickup. If the item is not picked up within 2 days, please notify us immediately. The reverse parcel usually takes 3-7 days to reach us. Once we receive the return, we will conduct a quality check of the product.
3️⃣Once the product passes the quality check, we will book new order for you as an exchange.
4️⃣we don't include return and forward courier changes in out product prices due to which customer has to pay 200/- separately to process their exchange orders.

Eligible items for returns/exchange:
1️⃣ It is mandatory to provide a video of the parcel opening in case of receiving damaged products.
2️⃣ Customized products, including those tailored to specific client requirements like plus size or pattern changes is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
3️⃣ Orders paid in advance can be canceled within 2 days if they have not been dispatched yet. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
4️⃣ Customized orders require full payment at the time of booking.
